Overview
ILS is a fantastic soap bar brand that needed help redesigning their site and replatforming from Squarespace to Shopify. I led the effort to design and develop the entire site using a Shopify theme and plugging into the various apps to power the experience. I also upgraded the shopping flow by incorporating subscription that elevated the retention rates and CLTV.
