John Hardy
Scaling a Global Luxury Jewelry Brand's Digital Experience
Overview
John Hardy is a global luxury jewelry house known for artisan-crafted pieces in reclaimed silver and gold. Over three years leading Digital Product & Ecommerce, I owned the digital P&L and led a team of five plus an external development agency. The work grew from a conversion program into a full replatform, a site redesign, and a run of features that brought the in-store experience online.
CRO First: Learning What Converts
The work opened with a structured CRO program: a 35-ticket roadmap shipped in a 90-day sprint, with every change A/B tested. The program delivered a clear conversion lift, and those learnings became the brief for the replatform and full redesign that followed.
