Overview
The project was specifically targeting a referral and loyalty program rollout along with a fresh new color palette. We plugged in with an app called Smile to automate the experience and get faster speed to market. I compiled a team that included a UX designer, a copywriter, and frontend developer that created a fantastic flow and highly converting journey.
