Led efforts to revamp the visual merchandising strategy, coming up with new and innovative ways to position inventory. Creating things like the Shops strategy to focus consumers on specific seasonal or product collection themes. Additionally, driving UPT and AOV higher by bundling products and positioning the concept of ‘buy more, save more’ and packaging like-items together to create full outfits and looks.
