I led the design work along with my direct report, the UX Designer, to complete the entire journey map. Wrote requirements, signed the vendor, and worked with engineering to launch to users.

Analyzing a user’s credit report and surfacing month-over-month changes that affected their credit score.

Save boxes and shop products seamlessly

Allowed users to select both box and shop products so they could peruse the site and not lose any items or need to use the ‘cart’ as a wishlist.

By tying saved products to email communication and reminding users when they made purchases, we were able to bring users back in for favored items. The seamless ability to use the saved list within the shopping experience also drove better KPI’s.
