Myro - D2C E-Commerce & Subscription

In my role at Myro, I took an entrepreneurial approach to building the team and problem solving across our ecommerce experience. My team of five included a retention product manager, two developers, and a CRM specialist - together we created, launched, and optimized the website to deliver best-in-class conversion rates. I am a big believer that cross-functional coordination at hits highest level can create everlasting and impactful products that deliver meaningful results for end users and customers. I led the design and development of every part of the site both frontend and backend, while also running the email/CRM lifecycle.

Using Shopify as the foundation, we plugged into various apps to power a stronger user experience while being cost efficient and not needing to develop it all custom in-house.
